Joseph says it's because the planet needs a lot of help at this time, and many old souls have come back at this time. In my own family, and past relationships I'm finding I've been surrounded by Masters, or at least potential Masters my whole life. The sad fact is that if we've never completely resolved any of our past issues or baggage, we can not become the Master we are Destined to Be.
